Jose “Pepe” Escamilla met with Martin Paul, President of Maastricht University, one of the youngest Dutch universities, in a conversation that sought to rethink the European University.

Martin Paul addressed Maastricht’s efforts to develop its students’ independent learning skills, explained their hybrid degree programs, and described what citizens and universities will be like in the future.
